MANDATORY REQUIREMENT OF FSSAI REGISTRATION
FSSAI Registration (also known as food licence registration) is required for any food business operator who is starting a business of:
- Manufacturing
- Processing
- Soring
- Distributing
- Selling Food
BASIC REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FSSAI REGISTRATION
- Food Business Operator Pass-port Size Photo
- Photo ID Proof (such as Ration Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, etc)
- NOC (No Objection Certificate by Municipality OR Panchayat).
- Declaration Form BY Business Operator
- Documents Verification
- Apply for DSC & Obtain
- Draft Application Ready sent for approval
- Final Application Submitted
